Fees

Our fees vary slightly depending on the level of experience of each psychologist. We carefully consider our fee structure to offer a cost effective service for our clients while maintaining a viable practice. We charge the Australian Psychological Society's recommended hourly fee for the initial consult (which usually increases slightly every year) and less for subsequent sessions. Fees are negotiable in cases of financial hardship but we do not bulk-bill. Our reception staff can clarify the fee structure with you.

In order to receive the Medicare rebate for each session, a referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan from a GP or psychiatrist is required. This will allow, if needed, 10 Medicare-rebated sessions per calendar year (and more if deemed necessary under the new Covid Pandemic Measure).

Alternatively, most private health funds provide rebates for psychology services, but please check with your health fund.

We no longer see people under Workcover or Motor Vehicle Accident claims.

We can see people who are funded by the NDIS scheme only if their funds are self-managed. We do not interact directly with the NDIA.

Please note that our fee structure is the same for Telehealth (phone or video) consults.
